Melinda Russell is a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry and principal of QRS Consulting.   She obtained a Master of Science degree in regulatory science for pharmaceuticals and biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University in 2016 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from California State University, Sacramento.  Originally from a small, agricultural community in Northeastern Nebraska, Melinda has lived in California for 30 years.  She currently resides in Santa Barbara, CA with her husband, two sons, and a Bedlington terrier named Toby.  Melinda enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and outdoor activities.
